The Bede Family Foundation welcomes EAA Chapter 534 of Leesburg, FL to the foundation family after becoming the most recent recipient of the BD-6 Fuselage Kit. We would like to extend our gratitude to Vice President, John Weber, for allowing us to be a part of this unique experience for their youth members by providing them with the necessary resources to start their aviation journeys.
A big congratulations to the newest recipient of the BD-6 Fuselage kit. The Bede Family Foundation was excited to donate the kit to EAA Chapter 690 from Briscoe Field (LZU) in Lawrenceville, GA. The Bede Family Foundation is excited to play a role in assisting Billy Stewart, President of EAA Chapter 690, broaden the interest and knowledge of aviation with the youth in their community.
Congratulations to the International Women’s Air & Space Museum for becoming the newest recipient of the Bede Family Foundation grant. The Bede Family Foundation donated $500 to the museum in support of their mission to inspire future generations by bringing the history of women in all areas of aviation to life.
Congratulations to the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy for being the first-ever recipient of the Bede Family Foundation grant. Jim Bede and Eric Ingraham flew to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to see the delivered fuselage package and talk about the future of aviation with the students and teacher.
The Bede Family Foundation recently made a $500 donation to the Light Aircraft Manufacturers Association (LAMA) to support the organization that is dedicated to applying all its resources to enhance the success of light sport aviation.
BEDE aviation was established in 1996, and since then the academy has supplied flight companies with professional pilots and high-quality training services.
